Rooms have double beds, plus desk, wardrobe, set of drawers, carpet & curtains, T.V. Point, quality door lock, mirror and chair.

Every property has a valid gas safety certificate and this is checked every 12 months by Corgi registered engineer. Fire extinguishers are checked annually together with the Fire Alarms and Electrical Certificates are valid for 5 Years. If in the meantime, there is a problem with the boiler, radiators or electrics just call our office who will call an engineer straight away.

The Company will undertake all painting and repairs that are required.

Yes, but they can not move in and to a maximum of 2 nights Per Week.

Just call or email our office straight away and the necessary action will be taken within a reasonable timescale.
Be rest assured that it will be fixed as soon as possible so that as little disruption as possible is caused to the household.

If you want anything put up in your rooms please let us know and we will do our best to arrange for our maintenance guy to arrange it for you.

The Deposit is £300 per person.

We as a Company will insure the bricks and mortar of the property and the fixtures and fittings supplied. All personal belongings that require insuring will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Under exceptional circumstances tenants may wish to terminate their contracts early. This is required in writing with a £100.00 re-letting fee and then the room will be re-advertised via various websites. The tenant and guarantor are still held responsible for the rent and terms and conditions of the contract and these must be honoured until a suitable alternative tenant can be found.

All of our flats are fully Gas Central Heated.
