Choosing the right accommodation is one of the most important decisions you have to make when starting life at University. Much of your time outside your course commitments will be spent in your new home. That’s why at Woodlands Properties we recognise that as a student, finding the right place to live is exceptionally important.

We are a family-run letting company who provide high standard student accommodation in Bradford. Everything – from the bricks and mortar to the electrics and plumbing – is to a high safety standard.

Our privately owned Bradford-based accommodation is situated in prime locations close to Bradford University, Bradford College, Bradford Metropolitan College, Bradford College of Management and the city centre.

In general, the standard of private sector accommodation in Bradford for students has been poor and we have found a niche in the market by providing high quality accommodation close to the university. In the past, students have only found this standard of accommodation within a Halls of Residence setting. The majority of our tenants are looking for excellent, secure and safe accommodation but without the restraints and institutionalization of University halls. The properties we supply tick all the boxes! What’s more, our properties can accommodate groups, singles and international students.

Woodlands Properties UK Ltd are registered with Unipol which operates a Code of Standards for private sector accommodation. The Code sets standards in respect of both the physical condition of properties and the way in which it is being managed on a day-to-day basis. Landlords who sign-up to the Code agree to meet the given criteria and they sign a declaration form committing themselves to doing so.
